The daughter of two real estate professionals, Katie spent her childhood playing house in many an open house. Destined to follow in her parents’ footsteps Katie’s first step into residential lending came while assisting her father, a long-time Mortgage Broker. Shortly after Katie was recruited for an operations role with a local lender where she learned all aspects of Wholesale Lending. By 28 she was Sun Trust Bank’s youngest Sales Manager, overseeing the bank’s Northern California region. Katie has gained extensive experience on both the Retail and Wholesale Lending side of the business, holding Account Executive roles with multiple top-ten US lenders. As an Account Executive, she was the liaison between Mortgage Brokers and operations staff at the banks/lenders that processed and approved the loans. She eventually opened her own successful broker shop, but bogged down by the business of running a business, she returned to her passion – working directly with clients to make their dreams of homeownership a reality.
With comprehensive experience on all sides of a residential mortgage transaction, Katie’s expertise spans an array of lending guidelines and loan products. Armed with a wealth of knowledge and experience, Katie is resourceful and relentless in addressing any challenges that arise during the loan process, earning her a reputation among her peers as the “Dragon Slayer” of residential loans. As our Client Solutions Advisor, Katie will help guide the growth of ARRIVE Home Lending’s product offering and lender partnerships to meet the growing needs of our clients.

Josh Borba has been a licensed mortgage broker since graduating San Francisco State University in 2002. For 20+ years Josh has been helping both clients and mortgage brokers navigate the complex, bubble to burst, once in crisis, now reformed, yet ever-evolving mortgage landscape. Josh founded his own successful mortgage brokerage in 2003 and is currently licensed in CA, CO, FL, ID, and WA. Most recently Josh has partnered with ARRIVE to help realize a new home lending experience from the ground up.
Rumored to have been one of the first to obtain an aftermarket flux capacitor from Doc Brown, Josh has always been an advocate of driving simplicity through technology. Throughout his professional career, Josh has successfully leveraged technology to help create a more seamless and efficient experience across a fragmented mortgage ecosystem of clients, brokers, realtors, credit reporting agencies, appraisal management companies, lenders, and settlement services. As our Product Innovation Advisor, Josh will help to define, design, and deploy new technologies for ARRIVE Home Lending.

With more than 20 years experience spanning business strategy and planning, organizational management, product development and production, supply chain development, retail distribution, finance, and analytics, Daryn has been the strategic vision and executional backbone for a diverse portfolio of new and emerging businesses.
Prior to returning to the U.S. in 2015 Daryn lived in Mexico for 18 years. In addition to growing his passion for the people, food and culture, he was truly inspired by the growing, yet underserved, community of female entrepreneurs in the region. Today, Daryn continues to be an active supporter of female entrepreneurs as a Victoria147 mentor, and an active member of the Cartier Women’s Initiative Awards.
Daryn’s latest venture, ARRIVE, gives him the opportunity to leverage his experience in business while continuing to fuel his passion for supporting underserved communities. He believes ARRIVE has the opportunity to become a catalyst for the democratization of financial freedom, giving everyone legitimate access to the “American Dream.”
With over 18 years of experience in the Financial Services industry Wes brings a breadth of knowledge to the ARRIVE team. Prior to joining ARRIVE Wes was an Assistant Vice President with Union Bank, one of the largest financial institutions in the world. It was there Wes honed his skills in banking, lending, investing, and insurance, holding a Series 6, 63, and a CA Life License. His track record of success is fueled by his desire to help educate and guide his clients through some of life’s biggest financial decisions. Wes believes in building relationships with his clients over time and looking holistically at their financial picture as their needs evolve.
In addition to his role as a Financial Advocate with ARRIVE Home Lending, Wes also manages a growing portfolio of personal real estate investments and owns a successful Architectural Signage Company. His diverse background provides for a unique skill set and insights when speaking with clients and underwriters about the best way to structure their home loans.
When he’s not working Wes enjoys spending time with his wife, their 4 children and dog Charlie. He likes to play the guitar, cook, and work out. He’s an avid 49ers fan who frequently spends his Sundays aggressively yelling at the TV and scaring his children.

Matt has spent more than two decades helping to build and deliver brand experiences for clients of all sizes, across nearly every industry. He’s held leadership positions with some of the country’s top marketing firms helping to deliver integrated marketing solutions for the likes of Nissan North America, Verizon, General Motors, Home Depot, Walmart, MARS, the U.S. Army, Warner Brothers, and Intuit.
Inspired by the opportunity to drive the evolution of personal finance and home lending, Matt has been with the company since its inception. His passion for personal finance and brand-building experience were the driving force behind the ARRIVE brand and its vision.
As ARRIVE’s Vice President of Brand + Marketing, Matt is accountable for the overall client experience, and his team is responsible for partnering clients with Financial Advocates who are best suited to address their individual needs.
As one of ARRIVE’s strategic partners, Kristina’s greatest value is the peace of mind she’s been delivering her clients for the past 25 years. As a licensed insurance broker for home, auto, health, life, and business, Kristina has access to a variety of carriers and markets to save her clients both time and money with custom insurance solutions to fit their individual needs.

To help with the decision-making process, Kristina takes an educational approach with her clients, arming them with the knowledge and insights they need to make an informed decision about their options.
